1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the qqamaxwin website at qqamaxwin.net and all associated gaming services, mobile interfaces, and digital tools made available to Users.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the qqamaxwin Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's qqamaxwin Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.

3 Eligibility

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming on qqamaxwin, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

qqamaxwin reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registration of a single Account per person is strictly enforced — duplicate accounts detected by the Platform will be suspended without prior notice.

4.2 KYC Documentation

qqamaxwin may request additional documentation at any time for the purpose of satisfying its compliance and anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available and keep your authentication device secure.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify qqamaxwin support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

qqamaxwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate Account security. Any activity conducted through your Account prior to notification of a security breach will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless qqamaxwin determines otherwise at its sole discretion.

6 Deposits

qqamaxwin accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank (via InstaPay/PESONet), 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. qqamaxwin reserves the right to return deposits and void associated winnings where it reasonably suspects a deposit has been made from a third-party source.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in the same name as the registered qqamaxwin Account.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

qqamaxwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied on eligible games within the specified validity period. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

9 Gaming Rules

All games offered on the qqamaxwin Platform are governed by the rules and mechanics specified within each individual game, as provided by the respective game provider. By participating in any game, you acknowledge and accept:

• The outcome of all RNG-based games is determined by certified random number generation software and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any player or qqamaxwin.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, dice, roulette wheel) conducted in real time by professional dealers under camera surveillance.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the server-side result, the server-side result shall be final and binding.

10 Prohibited Conduct

• Creating or operating more than one qqamaxwin Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Collusion with other players or any party to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of proceeds of crime to fund gaming activity.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, technical errors, or system glitches for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing qqamaxwin staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the qqamaxwin Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trade names, text, and audio — is the proprietary intellectual property of qqamaxwin or its licensed game providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the qqamaxwin Platform without the express prior written consent of qqamaxwin or the relevant rights holder.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, qqamaxwin shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from gaming activity, whether from losses on wagers, missed jackpots, or any other gaming outcome.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Loss or damage arising from third-party actions, including but not limited to payment processor delays, telecommunications failures, or internet service interruptions.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with your Account security obligations as set out in Section 5.

Nothing in these Terms limits qqamaxwin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. You acknowledge that participation in online gaming is voluntary and that all gaming decisions are made at your sole risk.

13 Privacy & Data

qqamaxwin collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
